Municipal Public Budget Planning with Sustainable and Human Development Goals Integrated in a Multi-Criteria Approach

Government planning has a relevant role in the human development of cities, and local public sector acts on legal regulations budget to reach high levels sustainability development. However, there is gap governments related integration decision-making preferences considering their planning. This work explores how decision-makers have been considered published research found high-impact journals, they used practice or not, especially for improvement governance municipalities quality life. The methodology integrated literature review (by Methodi Ordinatio) with sorting procedure ELECTRE-TRI method) categorize selected papers, level adherence theme most contributions, also systematic organized by lenses analysis, Simos’ define weights these lenses. results that were can help scholars access discussions about distribution, mainly aspects sustainable social goals. helps managers make evidence-based decisions developing city governance.
